Under the Provision of the Waste Management Act

and
C.F. WRIGHT AND SONS LOGGING LTD

is authorized to transport Special Waste within
the Province of British Columbia on condition that
for each vehicle and / or trailer operating under this license:
carries a certificate or registration which must indicate that the vehicles
and/or trailers are owned or leased by C.F. WRIGHT TRANSPORT LTD or C.F.
WRIGHT AND SONS LOGGING LTD;
is insured to transport Special Waste; and
carries a minimum of $5 million liability insurance coverage.
This license authorizes the carrier to transport the following type(s) of
special waste:
ASBESTOS, BIOMEDICAL, COMPRESSED GASES, CONTAMINATED SOIL,
CORROSIVE, DRY CLEANING, ENVIRONMENTALLY HAZARDOUS (CLASS 9.2),
FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS, FLAMMABLE SOLIDS, LAB PACKS, LEACHABLE TOXIC,
OXIDIZING SUBSTANCES, PAINT, PCBs, PETROLEUM PRODUCTS, PHOTO IMAGING,
POISONS & PESTICIDES, SOLVENTS, USED ANTIFREEZE, USED BATTERIES, USED
OIL FILTERS, WASTE CONTAINING DIOXINS and WASTE CONTAINING PAHs
This license supersedes and replaces all previously issued licenses. Any
changes to the information on this license, including company name, mailing
address, and waste type require an amendment to this license.
This license is issued subject to the licensees: (i) preparing and
maintaining a contingency plan acceptable to the Deputy Director for
implementation in the event of any spill, release, discharge, abandonment or
escape of special waste being handled, transported or stored by the
licensees;
(ii) employing a person who has written and passed the appropriate Special
Waste Transport License Test;
(iii) preparing and continuing to maintain a security deposit of CAD $10,000
as required and in a form approved by the Deputy Director;
(iv) agreeing that the licensees and their employees and agents shall at all
times comply with the provisions of the Waste Management Act the Environment
Management Act and their respective Regulations, as well as all other terms
and conditions of this license; and
(v) agreeing in writing (copy submitted to the Ministry) to assume joint
responsibility for obligations under this license.
